RTA reopens customer happiness, service provider centres starting Thursday

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) is reopening three customer happiness

centres at Umm Al Ramoul, Deira and Al Barsha, as well as 21 service provider

centres,starting from Thursday 30 April 2020.

Meanwhile, RTA will maintain full preventive health measures including the installation of

heat sensors at the entry of centres, the mandatory wearing of masks, and physical

distancing to ensure the highest safety for both customers and employees. Centres will be

open from 09:00 am to 03:00 pm.

Al Shirawi, Cars Deira, SpeedFit, and Tasjeel (Discovery Gardens, International City and Al  RTA

Tawar) Centres will remain closed until further notice.

RTA calls on customers to continue using online and smart channels for the smooth

processing of their transactions. Visitors of customer happiness centres and service

providers are kindly requested to cooperate with staff and comply with the health

procedures in place.

The happiness equation includes three basic elements that lead its positive interaction to reach the happy customer, and these elements are: The employee who is proud to provide distinguished services: He is the employee happiness employee who takes the lead in providing the best experience for the customer in a way that achieves happiness, and adopts the slogan “We pledge to make you happy”, He has the smile of welcoming, giving a distinct first impression, respect and courtesy, good listening, professionalism and initiative to help.
