The findings confirm that UAE travel trends are increasingly shaped by flexibility, with many travelers booking closer to their departure dates while still exploring multiple options.
Georgia Emerges as a Summer Favorite
As part of the evolving UAE travel trends, Georgia continues to attract strong interest thanks to its scenic mountain landscapes, charming historic towns, and pleasant summer climate. From exploring the vibrant streets of Tbilisi to discovering the natural beauty of Kazbegi and Kakheti, the destination offers a rich mix of culture, nature, and outdoor experiences.
Searches for Georgia travel in July rose by 7.8% year-on-year, with average airfares starting from AED 1,475, making it an appealing choice for last-minute travelers.
Türkiye Maintains Strong Appeal
In line with ongoing UAE travel trends, Türkiye continues to rank among the most preferred destinations for UAE residents, offering a unique blend of vibrant city life, stunning coastlines, and rich historical heritage.
Search demand for July departures increased significantly, rising 34.5% compared to the previous year. With average airfares starting at AED 1,338, Türkiye remains an attractive option for travelers seeking both value and diverse experiences.
Uzbekistan Records Fastest Growth
Among all destinations, Uzbekistan experienced the most significant surge in demand. Known for its Silk Road heritage and cooler summer temperatures, the country is rapidly gaining popularity.
Searches for July travel jumped by 78.4% year-on-year, while approximately 17% of bookings were made within a week of departure. Average airfares started from AED 1,309, reinforcing its appeal as a last-minute destination.
Southeast Asia Continues to Attract Travelers
For those seeking tropical escapes, Thailand remains a consistent favorite with its beaches, vibrant cities, and diverse attractions. Searches increased by 12.7% year-on-year, with airfares starting from AED 2,477.
Vietnam is also emerging as a strong contender, attracting travelers with its unique blend of nature, cuisine, and cultural heritage. Searches rose 23.3%, with bookings typically made 27 days before departure and fares starting at AED 1,806.
Bali Remains a Premium Long-Haul Choice
Bali, Indonesia, continues to draw travelers looking for luxury beach experiences, wellness retreats, and cultural exploration. Searches for July travel increased by 24.2% compared to last year.
Due to its longer distance, travelers tend to book earlier, with an average booking window of 28 days. Airfares during this period started from AED 3,009.
Booking Behavior Reflects Changing Preferences
On average, bookings for destinations like Georgia and Türkiye were made around 25 days before departure, with 8–10% of travelers booking within a week.
