Globalpharma, a wholly owned subsidiary of Dubai Investments and one of the UAE’s leading pharmaceutical manufacturers, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PrinceFarma, an Angola-based pharmaceutical distribution company, to strengthen pharmaceutical distribution and expand access to its portfolio in Angola.
Building Distribution Pathways in Angola
The collaboration will focus on advancing regulatory alignment and establishing clear commercial and distribution frameworks for the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio in the Angolan market.
As part of the agreement, the two companies will assess priority therapeutic areas and develop structured pathways for market development, supporting a more organized approach to bringing Globalpharma’s pharmaceutical products to the market.
MoU Brings Globalpharma and PrinceFarma Together
The MoU was signed by Mohammed Saeed Al Raqbani, General Manager of Dubai Investments Industries and Masharie and Board Director at Globalpharma, and Aziz Rahemani, Managing Director of PrinceFarma Group.
The agreement provides a framework for cooperation between the two companies as they work to advance pharmaceutical distribution and establish the regulatory, commercial and market-development foundations required for Globalpharma’s portfolio in Angola.
