Luxury hospitality leader Four Seasons is strengthening its footprint in Spain through a new landmark project in Sevilla. In partnership with Blasson, the brand is set to introduce an exceptional hotel experience that blends heritage, culture, and modern luxury. The highly anticipated Four Seasons Sevilla is scheduled to open in 2028, bringing the brand’s signature service to one of Spain’s most iconic cities.

Strategically positioned in Plaza Nueva, Four Seasons Sevilla will occupy a historic landmark building in the Arenal district. This central location places guests within walking distance of globally renowned attractions such as Sevilla Cathedral, Archivo de Indias, and Royal Alcázar—all recognized as UNESCO World Heritage Sites.
Vision Behind the Expansion
According to Alejandro Reynal, President and CEO of Four Seasons, Sevilla represents a unique blend of history, culture, and beauty. He emphasized that launching Four Seasons Sevilla is a significant milestone in expanding the company’s global portfolio of luxury experiences.
Reynal also highlighted that the collaboration with Blasson will deliver a carefully restored property that reflects Sevilla’s authentic character while maintaining the brand’s renowned standards of service and personalized care.
Elegant Design Meets Modern Comfort
Four Seasons Sevilla will feature approximately 55 guest rooms and suites across five floors, offering an intimate and refined atmosphere. The mid-20th-century building will undergo a full transformation, combining historical architecture with contemporary design elements.
The project’s architecture will be led by Lamela, while the interiors will be crafted by acclaimed designer Belén Domecq. Room sizes will range from 40 to 117 square metres, including a luxurious Presidential Suite designed for premium comfort.

Premium Amenities and Experiences
The hotel will introduce three distinctive dining and social venues designed to appeal to both guests and locals:
A street-level restaurant with direct access to Plaza Nueva
A rooftop restaurant and bar offering panoramic city views
A vibrant lounge and social hub on the ground floor
Additional facilities will include a luxury spa, a fully equipped fitness centre, and a rooftop swimming pool overlooking Sevilla’s historic skyline—delivering a complete upscale lifestyle experience.
