e& marked World Youth Skills Day 2026 in collaboration with the Federal Youth Authority (FYA) through a dedicated youth activation held Summer Camp 2026. The initiative aimed to strengthen Future Skills among young people by enabling knowledge exchange and fostering meaningful connections with peers and industry leaders.
Aligning with a Shared Global Vision
The initiative aligns with the global theme “Skills for a Shared Future,” reflecting e&’s ongoing commitment to youth empowerment, inclusion, and community engagement. By focusing on Future Skills, the programme created a hybrid learning experience combining a completed in-person workshop with an upcoming virtual session to ensure wider accessibility and participation.
Supporting UAE National Youth Agenda 2031
Through this activation, e& contributed to the UAE’s National Youth Agenda 2031 by equipping participants with practical capabilities. The initiative also provided platforms that allow youth to actively engage in the country’s digital and knowledge-based economy, reinforcing the importance of Future Skills in national development.
Interactive Learning at Alkifaf Innovation Centre
The in-person session, delivered as an Emerging Leaders Workshop at e&’s Alkifaf Innovation Centre, brought together a select group of young participants. The programme included an inspirational leadership talk, a hands-on coaching workshop, and a guided tour of the AI retail store, all designed to enhance Future Skills through real-world exposure.
Expanding Reach Through Virtual Engagement
An upcoming virtual session will extend the reach of the initiative, allowing a broader audience to benefit from practical insights, peer collaboration, and forward-looking discussions. This hybrid approach ensures that Future Skills development remains inclusive and accessible to all participants.
Leadership Perspective on Youth Empowerment
Mohammad Harib AlFalahi, Chief Corporate Services Officer at e&, emphasised that He noted that providing environments for learning, collaboration, and growth is essential to building confidence and capability among youth.
He added that the initiative helps participants explore opportunities in AI, technology, and evolving work models while strengthening leadership capabilities—core components of Future Skills needed for sustainable development.

Strategic Partnerships for Greater Impact
AlFalahi highlighted that collaboration with partners such as the Federal Youth Authority enables e& to scale its initiatives effectively. By bridging the gap between academic education and practical digital leadership, these partnerships play a key role in advancing Future Skills among the next generation.
Youth Academy and Continuous Learning
As part of its broader strategy, e& launched the Youth Academy in partnership with GoLearning, offering access to over 200 courses in AI, data science, cybersecurity, sustainability, and entrepreneurship. The academy focuses on developing Future Skills, promoting ethical awareness, and nurturing responsible leadership.
Ongoing Initiatives for Youth Engagement
e& continues to deliver youth-focused programmes, including debate sessions, global youth talks, an AI summer camp in collaboration with the Federal Youth Authority, and outreach campaigns. These initiatives collectively reinforce the importance of Future Skills in shaping future leaders.
Commitment to Inclusion and Accessibility
In 2026, e& is further strengthening its inclusion efforts by supporting women, youth, and People of Determination, while improving accessibility across physical, digital, and communication environments. These efforts align with its strategy to build a future-ready workforce driven by Future Skills and inclusive innovation.
