CorporateStack has announced plans to execute what it describes as Egypt’s largest project of its kind for Factory Digitization, targeting the modernization of manufacturing facilities and the localization of Industry 4.0 applications across the industrial sector.
The initiative is being implemented under a strategic cooperation protocol with Egypt’s Industrial Modernization Centre (IMC) and will initially target approximately 1,000 factories.
Through the partnership, CorporateStack will lead an ambitious digital transformation program designed to help Egyptian industrial facilities adopt advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and digital applications through a monthly Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) subscription model.
1,000 Factories to Enter the First Phase
The first phase of the initiative is designed to bring digital technologies to around 1,000 Egyptian factories, creating a foundation for broader industrial digitalization.
The project seeks to make advanced digital systems more accessible to manufacturing facilities without requiring significant upfront investment in infrastructure.
By adopting the SaaS model, participating factories can access digital solutions through monthly subscriptions, providing greater financial flexibility while supporting the modernization of operational and management processes.
CorporateStack and IMC Formalize Strategic Cooperation
The cooperation protocol was signed by Mohamed Abdin, CEO of CorporateStack, and Ayman El-Bayaa, Assistant Minister of Industry for Digital Transformation and Executive Director of the Industrial Modernization Centre.
Under the agreement, CorporateStack will lead the implementation of the digital transformation program, while the IMC will provide technical supervision, support packages and operational facilitation aimed at ensuring the long-term success and sustainability of the initiative.
The partnership combines CorporateStack’s technology and implementation capabilities with the IMC’s technical and institutional support for participating industrial enterprises.
SaaS Model Opens Access to Advanced Technology
A central element of the initiative is the use of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions.
CorporateStack says its systems will allow Egyptian factories to benefit from advanced technology based on global standards without the need for heavy infrastructure investments.
The approach is intended to help manufacturing facilities strengthen their competitive position while creating new opportunities for expansion and growth in both domestic and international markets.
The subscription-based model also provides manufacturers with a more flexible path toward adopting digital systems, particularly for businesses seeking to modernize their operations without taking on substantial initial capital expenditures.
Building an Egyptian Alternative for Industrial Technology
The initiative also highlights CorporateStack’s focus on developing a locally built technology alternative for the Egyptian manufacturing sector.
The company says its solutions are based on extensive experience in the Egyptian market and across the region, with a focus on addressing the practical operational requirements of local manufacturers.
According to CorporateStack, the project demonstrates that advanced technological innovation is not limited to major international technology companies such as SAP, Oracle and Microsoft, and that Egyptian technology companies can develop comprehensive solutions tailored to local industrial needs.
End-to-End Digital Transformation in 60 to 90 Days
CorporateStack will manage the participating factories’ digital transformation journey from the initial assessment through implementation and ongoing support.
The process will begin with a detailed evaluation of each factory’s requirements, followed by installation, employee training and system go-live.
The company has set a target implementation period of between 60 and 90 days for these stages, followed by continuous technical support.
The objective is to ensure that digital transformation delivers measurable improvements in productivity and operational efficiency rather than simply introducing new technology into manufacturing facilities.
Meanwhile, the Industrial Modernization Centre will provide technical supervision and support to help ensure that the transformation process remains effective and sustainable.
IMC Highlights the Role of Zero CapEx
Eng. Haitham El Mashad, Head of Digital Transformation at the Industrial Modernization Centre, emphasized the strategic importance of equipping factories with modern technological systems and promoting greater awareness of digital transformation.
He highlighted the role of technology in improving industrial efficiency and competitiveness while encouraging manufacturers to adopt digital tools as part of their development strategies.
El Mashad also pointed to the importance of the Zero CapEx model, which relies on monthly subscriptions rather than substantial upfront capital expenditures.
According to him, this approach enables manufacturing facilities to access advanced Industry 4.0 technologies at lower cost and with greater financial flexibility, helping accelerate digital adoption without imposing significant financial burdens.

Mohamed Abdin: Egyptian Technology Can Drive Industrial Transformation
Commenting on the initiative, Mohamed Abdin, CEO of CorporateStack, said that leading the major Factory Digitization initiative represents a new phase for Egyptian industrial technology.
Abdin emphasized the ability of Egyptian talent to develop advanced technologies and solutions, noting that CorporateStack has spent years building a comprehensive software suite and developing extensive expertise across regional markets.
He said the company is now deploying these capabilities to support national industry through what he described as an innovative and unconventional approach.
Supporting a Homegrown Digital Alternative
Abdin also expressed appreciation for the Ministry of Industry and the Industrial Modernization Centre for their support and confidence in CorporateStack.
He said the cooperation reflects a commitment to strengthening the role of specialized Egyptian companies and empowering locally developed alternatives in the software sector.
CorporateStack’s approach focuses on combining advanced software capabilities with flexibility and a detailed understanding of local market conditions, providing solutions designed around the practical realities of Egyptian manufacturers.
Digital Transformation Extends Beyond Large Enterprises
According to Abdin, the initiative is intended to establish the foundation for a broader framework covering Egypt’s industrial sector.
The first phase will target approximately 1,000 factories, with the longer-term objective of creating a model capable of extending across the country’s wider industrial landscape.
He stressed that digital transformation should not be viewed as a luxury or as an option available only to large corporations.
The initiative is designed to make complete digital transformation accessible to Egyptian factories of different sizes through locally developed technology, with the goal of enabling manufacturers to improve their products and compete more effectively in global markets.
Public-Private Partnership for Smart Manufacturing
The agreement between CorporateStack and the Industrial Modernization Centre represents a public-private partnership focused on advancing industrial digital transformation.
Through the strategic alliance, the two sides aim to support sustainable development and strengthen Egypt’s position as a regional hub for innovation and smart manufacturing.
The initiative is also aligned with the broader national vision of building a resilient digital economy, improving the quality of locally manufactured products and strengthening their ability to compete in international markets.
A New Chapter for Egypt’s Digital Industry
The CorporateStack-IMC initiative places Factory Digitization at the center of efforts to modernize Egyptian manufacturing through accessible digital technologies, subscription-based software and Industry 4.0 applications.
With 1,000 factories targeted in the first phase, the project provides a framework for expanding digital adoption across the industrial sector while combining local technology development with technical and institutional support.
By integrating ERP systems, SaaS solutions and the Zero CapEx approach, the initiative seeks to give Egyptian manufacturers a more flexible path toward digital transformation and smart manufacturing, while laying the groundwork for a broader digital industrial ecosystem.
