Held alongside Step Dubai, which was organized in strategic partnership with Dubai Internet City—one of TECOM Group PJSC’s 10 dynamic business districts—these engagements welcomed leaders from Russia, Luxembourg, Poland, and Turkey. The conversations focused on fostering future-proof digital development and strengthening global collaboration in technology and innovation.

- Russia: Dubai Internet City welcomed a Russian delegation led by Gleb Nikitin, Governor of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, and Alexander Sinelobov, Minister of Digital Development, to explore impactful collaborations in the tech industry.
- Luxembourg: His Excellency Robert Lauer, Ambassador of Luxembourg, discussed digital transformation strategies and unlocking technological innovation for long-term economic prosperity.
- Poland: Following an agreement signed during GITEX Global 2023, a Polish delegation of startups and innovators, led by the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), engaged in knowledge-sharing initiatives to drive innovation and entrepreneurship.
- Turkey: Dubai Internet City also hosted a delegation from Turkey, led by Onur Saylan, Consul General of the Republic of Türkiye in Dubai and the Northern Emirates, to explore mutual growth opportunities and potential partnerships.

During Step Dubai, Dubai Internet City unveiled its AED 100 billion contribution to Dubai’s GDP over the past 15 years. This figure was part of an Impact Assessment Report conducted in collaboration with Accenture, showcasing the hub’s critical role in driving the region’s digital economy.
The study highlights that Dubai Internet City generates 65% of Dubai’s technology sector GDP and is home to over 4,000 businesses, including multinational corporations, Fortune 500 companies, and innovative startups. With a thriving community of more than 31,000 professionals, the district continues to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital transformation.
