ADNOC Distribution

ADNOC Distribution delivered outstanding financial performance in the first half of 2026, with ADNOC profit reaching record levels driven by strong fuel demand, network expansion, and growth in non-fuel retail operations.

Strong Fuel Demand and Network Expansion

Fuel volumes reached a record 7.75 billion liters during the first half, supported by resilient demand across retail and commercial segments.

The company expanded its fuel retail network to 1,045 service stations across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, marking an 11% increase compared to the same period last year.

Growth in High-Margin Non-Fuel Retail

The non-fuel retail (NFR) segment remained a key driver of profitability, with gross profit rising 12% year-on-year.

This growth was fueled by:

Increased customer footfall

Higher transaction volumes

Expanded food and convenience offerings

“The Hub by ADNOC” continued to redefine roadside retail, with larger formats expected to generate up to $30 million in annual EBITDA by 2030.

Investment in Sustainable Mobility

ADNOC Distribution strengthened its position in sustainable mobility by launching the region’s largest EV charging mega-hub on the E11 highway between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

The E2GO charging network expanded by 35%, while energy consumption more than doubled compared to H1 2025. EV users powered by ADNOC infrastructure traveled 27.4 million low-emission kilometers, doubling year-on-year.

Strategic Partnerships Driving Growth

The company enhanced its retail offering through a strategic partnership with Americana Restaurants to introduce up to 200 quick-service restaurants across its network.

This initiative is expected to boost customer experience and support long-term revenue diversification.

Advancing AI and Digital Transformation

ADNOC Distribution launched “Engage by ADNOC,” the UAE’s first full-funnel retail media network in the mobility sector.

Supported by ADNOC Group’s AI and Digital Transformation program, the platform aims to create a new high-margin, data-driven revenue stream.

The company is also implementing over 20 AI initiatives across operations, contributing to the growth of the ADNOC Rewards app to nearly 2.8 million users.
