In his new role, Challita will lead Snap’s business development, oversee the execution of commercial strategies, and foster innovation across revenue-generating streams.

Bringing more than 20 years of industry experience, Antoine Challita has a strong track record in scaling businesses, launching products, and driving growth strategies across international markets. Since joining Snap in 2019, he has been instrumental in strengthening the UAE operation, delivering consistent year-on-year growth, and enhancing the team’s ability to serve a wide range of partners.

Before joining Snap, Challita held senior leadership roles at UM and OMD, where he collaborated with multinational and regional giants such as Dubai Holding, L’Oréal, PepsiCo, Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, and Henkel. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for developing scalable regional operations and innovative cross-market partnership models that have shaped industry best practices.
He holds an MBA from both London Business School and Columbia Business School, and was honored in 2019 by Communicate ME’s Top 40 under 40 Power List as one of the most influential advertising leaders in the Middle East.
