The Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC) has entered into a strategic partnership with the RLC Global Forum, further consolidating Riyadh’s standing as a leading global destination for retail leadership, investment, and economic transformation. As part of this collaboration, the RLC Global Forum 2026 will be hosted in Riyadh on 3–4 February 2026.

RCRC Named Title Partner of RLC Global Forum 2026

Under the agreement, RCRC will act as Title Partner and a key public-sector stakeholder, ensuring strong alignment between the Forum’s agenda and Riyadh’s long-term urban and economic development priorities. The partnership also aims to integrate international best practices with Saudi Arabia’s ambitious transformation roadmap under Vision 2030.

Commenting on the partnership, Dr. Martyn Davies, Head of City Excellence at the Royal Commission for Riyadh City, emphasized the strategic role of retail in shaping the capital’s future.
“Retail is a vital enabler of Riyadh’s economic and urban evolution. This collaboration reflects our commitment to building globally competitive systems that enhance investment, productivity, and sustainable city performance, fully aligned with Vision 2030,” he said.
