GAF Property, an Abu Dhabi-headquartered Emirati real estate developer built on more than 20 years of leadership experience in the UAE property sector, has officially launched Flow25, its first signature off-plan residential project.

Limited Collection with Flexible Payment Plan

Flow25 features a limited selection of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, in addition to four-bedroom penthouses and sky villas designed for elevated living experiences.

The development is scheduled for handover in April 2029 and is supported by a structured 50/50 payment plan, alongside post-handover payment options designed to facilitate long-term ownership and investment flexibility.
