Yalla Group Limited (NYSE: YALA), a leading MENA-based online social networking and gaming company, has announced its financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2026, ended June 30, 2026.
The results highlight continued growth in the company’s user base, resilient performance across its flagship products and accelerating momentum in its gaming business, alongside increased adoption of artificial intelligence across product development and research and development.
Q2 Revenue Reaches AED 303.4 Million
Yalla Group generated revenue of AED 303.4 million (US$82.6 million) during the second quarter of 2026, compared with AED 310 million in the corresponding period of 2025.
Net income stood at AED 107.6 million (US$29.3 million), compared with AED 134 million in Q2 2025.
For the first six months of the year, the company recorded total revenue of AED 593.5 million, while net income reached AED 211.9 million.
The company maintained a 35.5% net margin in Q2 2026, underscoring its continued focus on operational efficiency and profitability.
Monthly Active Users Rise 12.3%
The company’s user community continued to expand during the quarter.
Average Monthly Active Users (MAUs) increased 12.3% year-on-year, reaching 47.6 million in Q2 2026, compared with 42.4 million during the same quarter of 2025.
The growth reflects continued engagement across Yalla’s social networking and gaming ecosystem, supported by product enhancements and targeted operational campaigns.
Gaming Revenue Climbs 11.6%

Gaming services continued to perform strongly, with revenue increasing 11.6% year-on-year during the quarter.

Turbo Match Expands Across Key Global Markets
Yalla Group’s gaming portfolio made further progress during the second quarter, with Turbo Match expanding its user base across MENA, the United States and Europe.
The company is also advancing a broader pipeline of internally developed products spanning casual and hyper-casual games, social products and AI applications.
These initiatives form part of Yalla Group’s strategy to diversify its gaming portfolio while developing new digital entertainment experiences for users in regional and international markets.
AI Becomes More Central to Product Development

According to Ismail, Yalla Ludo delivered a clear recovery compared with the first quarter, recording stronger engagement and a rebound in paying-user growth.

The sixth season of Yalla Ludo Carnival contributed to the company’s social entertainment offering, while the launch of the new long-term “Yalla Season” campaign further strengthened user engagement.
