The Saudi Esports Federation (SEF) has officially partnered with Yalla Group Limited in a strategic move to strengthen Saudi Arabia’s esports ecosystem. This collaboration aims to expand opportunities for national talent, promote inclusivity, and support the development of a sustainable gaming and esports infrastructure across the Kingdom.
Aligning with Vision 2030 and National Gaming Strategy
In line with Vision 2030 and the National Gaming and Esports Strategy, SEF and Yalla Group signed two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) to advance esports in Saudi Arabia. The agreements aim to create new pathways for emerging talent to acquire professional skills and hands-on experience, further positioning the Kingdom as a global hub for competitive gaming.
Yalla Group Named Official Event Partner for Saudi eLeagues 2026
Under the first MoU, Yalla Group has been appointed as the Official Event Partner for the Saudi eLeagues (SEL) 2026. As the Kingdom’s premier esports competition, the SEL serves as a national platform to discover and nurture local talent within Saudi Arabia’s gaming ecosystem.
Promoting Women’s Participation in Esports
A key priority of this partnership is the advancement of the Women’s Saudi eLeague. Through this initiative, SEF and Yalla Group aim to create a more inclusive environment, encouraging increased female participation and representation in competitive esports across the Kingdom.
Launching a Talent Development Program
The second MoU introduces a Talent Development Program in collaboration with the Saudi Esports Academy.
